Working pattern

Full-time mobile role with booked plumbing appointments, reactive repair work and occasional urgent call-outs.

Education requirements

Practical domestic plumbing experience and a full UK driving licence.

Experience requirements

Experience with domestic plumbing repairs and installations, working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend domestic plumbing jobs including leaks, taps, toilets, pipework and bathroom work.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and complete installations to a tidy standard.
• Explain findings clearly to customers and recommend sensible next steps.
• Take photos, write clear job notes and keep the office updated on follow-on work.
• Manage urgent reactive jobs professionally while representing PK Plumbing locally.

Requirements

• Practical experience in domestic plumbing work.
• Confidence with common repairs, installations and fault finding.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage booked appointments without close supervision.

Desirable experience

• Experience with bathroom installations and refits.
• Background in service-and-repair work for established domestic customers.

What success looks like

• Arrive prepared and on time for booked appointments.
• Complete repairs safely and leave work areas tidy.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office.
• Complete job notes and photos accurately.
